This drama “My Dearly Sinful Mind – 心理追凶Mind Hunter” is about a sorrowful psychologist Chung Tai Yin spends five years investigating the truth of his girlfriend died in a car crash. His girlfriend once conducted a psychological assessment for a schoolyard murderer. Her report indicated that he lacked a motive or violent tenancies. During the course of his investigation, Chung Tai Yin meets Tung Yat, a genius with Asperger syndrome, and his sister Tung Yuet, whom he is mutually dependent with. 钟泰然（马国明 饰）就读于临床心理治疗专业，毕业后成为了一名心理分析师，对于人性的阴暗和复杂了若指掌。曾秀怡（汤洛雯 饰）是钟泰然的女友，同时亦是一名心理分析师。在一场残暴而又可怕的凶杀案中，凶手卢健强（韦家雄 饰）被绳之于法，判处了终身监禁。然而事情并没有画上句号，案件中受害者的父亲，竟然驾车撞死了曾秀怡，只因为曾秀怡出具了报告，表示卢健强的心理状态和个性都非常单纯，并不像一个杀人犯。女友的死讯让钟泰然陷入了绝望和悲痛之中，他看到了卢健强的心理报告，发现女友所说句句属实，这也就意味着，从心理学的角度来说，卢健强不可能犯案，真正的凶手另有其人。
